Griffin S. Rubin, a senior associate attorney at Sbaiti & Company’s Texas office, handles a broad range of high-stakes cases involving the False Claims Act, securities fraud, complex commercial matters such as fraud and breach of contract, as well as constitutional and appellate litigation.
Experience
Griffin served as a law clerk for the Honorable Amos L. Mazzant III of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas from 2020–2021 and the Honorable Irma Carrillo Ramirez of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit from 2023–2024.
In law school, Griffin served as an extern for the Honorable Sidney A. Fitzwater of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas and as an intern for the Honorable Sandee Bryan Marion of the Texas Court of Appeals, Fourth District. In addition to his commercial work, Griffin has an active pro bono practice, focusing on immigration and civil rights litigation.
