Brad J. Robinson and Kevin Colquitt named Co-Managing Partners for Sbaiti & Company Sbaiti & Company is proud to announce partners Brad J. Robinson and Kevin Colquitt have been named as Co-Managing Partners of Sbaiti & Company. Robinson will direct Operations & Client Development and Colquitt will handle matters involving HR & Talent.

Brad Robinson handles complex commercial litigation and personal injury matters. He has indepth experience in a variety of litigation contexts, having served as national and regional counsel for various product manufacturers and sellers in mass tort litigation, and handling claims on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants for wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, catastrophic injury, fraud, embezzlement, breach of contract, and property damage. Brad received his law degree from Baylor University School of Law and is an active member of the Bar and his community.

Kevin Colquitt represents clients in a variety of legal areas including Business and Commercial Disputes, Whistleblower and False Claims Act, Government Investigations and Litigation and Construction Defect Litigation. Over the course of his career, Kevin is recognized for his experienced with many aspects of FDA, Medicare, Treasury Department, Department of Defense, ITAR, and USDA laws and regulations. Kevin received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and is an active member of the Dallas Bar Association.
